It draws on three sources of information to generate AI-powered responses: a property-specific knowledge document of up to 800 words, guest data such as reservation details, and previous chat history to ensure continuity of the conversation. In tests, AI responses had a quality score of 4 or 5 in 88.2% of cases, meaning that they typically require little to no editing. During the beta period, the extension is available with a 14-day free trial and a lifetime price lock of $49/month/listing.
