AIdev.codes is an AI tool that allows users to create custom web pages by chatting with an AI. The tool uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT text generation model to understand user requests and generate appropriate responses. The tool can also automatically generate appropriate images with stable diffusion based on the user’s request. Optional voice interface with leading-edge realistic text-to-speech is also available.The tool is useful for quickly and easily creating a variety of web pages, including mock-ups for discussion, prompts and images with stable diffusion, internal or one-off tools that need some basic custom code, utility or informational pages, illustrated creative writing experiments, and finished sites with some persistence and prompt engineering, and maybe a link to an external stylesheet.The tool provides free hosting at user paths or custom subdomains at padhub.xyz for $5/month. The tool also offers templating to help with generating more attractive pages, which will be available soon.Examples of requests that can be made using AIdev.codes include creating a simple order entry and total calculator for a lemonade stand, creating a page for a Dungeons & Dragons character, generating images of frogs, and creating a site about common birds in South Texas.
