GPT for Sheetsâ„¢ and Docsâ„¢ is an add-on that brings AI power from GPT-3 to Google Sheetsâ„¢ and Docsâ„¢. It provides two custom functions – =GPT and =GPT_LIST – to get the result in a single cell or one list item per row respectively. The possibilities of ChatGPT in documents are nearly endless and can be used to generate blog post ideas, write whole paragraphs or procedures, clean up lists of names, addresses, emails or companies, classify lists of reviews with sentiment analysis or feature categorization, summarize reviews, translate content, and more. Additionally, users can experiment with the hyperparameters temperature, model, and maxTokens. The add-on is free to use, though there are OpenAI API costs associated with it.
